When the computer with Windows 7 installed was turned off (Start - Shutdown), the following happened: the message "Shutting down" was displayed on the screen, then the screen went out, the "Power" indicator on the system unit went out, all coolers in the system unit continued to rotate, the " Write/Read HDD" burned dimly all the time. It was decided by pressing the "Hard-reset" button, followed by starting the OS and turning it off again. What is the reason for this PC behavior?
