Why won't my computer turn on after sleep or hibernation (Windows 10)?

Everything worked fine until I reinstalled Windows 10. Since then, such an unsolvable glitch: after switching to sleep and hibernation (I use the second one more often), the computer does not turn on. That is, you press the power button and nothing happens at all, zero reaction. At first I thought he was dead. Or a power supply or motherboard or something else. Then I thought of disconnecting it from the network (I just turned off the power supply - it takes at least 2-3 minutes), and when the electricity started again, it worked as if nothing had happened. It even comes out of hibernation normally.
Previously, there were already such glitches with this particular computer, but somehow everything went away: it usually turned on from the mouse or from the keyboard. But to do so on an ongoing basis - has not yet been. The impression is that the computer does not turn off completely, and it needs to turn off completely in order to then turn on again. I blame, of course, Windows 10, although earlier (before reinstalling) the same system worked without problems.
Mother is: Asus P5Q SE. I read that people had similar glitches with it, and I, I repeat, had a long time ago (on Windows 7 - I immediately deleted it then), but what to do is still unknown ... Maybe there is some that specific solution? Or do you need other drivers (for what?), Or change some settings in the BIOS?
Thank you.

Addition.
As it turned out, these symptoms occur when the network cable is turned on. When it is disabled, hibernation works correctly and even the computer wakes up from pressing a key or mouse button. The question of what is the matter has not been resolved ...
Another addition:
The problem was solved by disabling the wake up in the settings of the network adapter in the device manager.

On a computer with the same symptoms, I had to disable "hibernation" in the power settings, leaving hybrid sleep and hibernation, and disable "CPU Performance Core Suspend Kernel Override".
