How to remove input/layout languages in Windows 10?

There are 2 languages - Russian and English (US), but there are 4 layouts in the language switching panel - how to remove the extra ones, namely the British and Estonian layouts?

language settings (under the red circle)
there you need to go to the English settings and remove extra keyboards (only the US should remain)
