Is there a signal from the laptop to the video splitter, then to two different monitors? windows 10 I do extended displays and set one monitor as the main one ..... and the second one goes to the laptop display .. attention to the question ... how to make the second monitor not a laptop display, but a second separately connected monitor? Thank you

No way, the splitter just multiplies the signal given to its input. All monitors connected after the splitter will show the same. From the point of view of the computer (regardless of OS) - You have connected one additional monitor, no matter how many of them hang on this splitter.
