Why won't my computer turn on after cleaning the dust?

I cleaned all the ventilators from dust, now I turn it on for 3 seconds, it works, then it turns off and so on in a circle! Tell me, maybe I hit something?

Take out everything that comes out. Blow and wipe contacts. Turn it on without inserting anything (or inserting only a video if there is no intergah) - the computer should start and beep - diagnostics "no memory".
Insert memory. Tight, to the point. Turn on.
And so insert until one node at a time, until an error appears. If it does not appear, it means that something was skewed when they were cleaning.
