Freezing computer, how to diagnose?

There is a PC on the 10th Windows.
In games (it was in League of Legends, DOTA2, Call of Duty Warzone, CS:GO, Diablo 2.3) freezes occur for a second or two. FPS goes to 0 and the screen freezes. Then it continues to work as before. Moreover, in most games the FPS is 100+ and there is no particular load. These friezes can be every 10 minutes, or maybe even once every couple of hours. Didn't notice it in games.
I put a bunch of software on tracking sensors and other things, I don’t remember everyone, but AIDA64 didn’t show anything (that is, there were no drops and there were no friezes during its native stress test).
There is a nuance that if the computer went to sleep and then returned, then these friezes were not there.
Does anyone have any ideas where to dig? and then fed up with throwing him into a dream every time.
PS Windu reinstalled. Usually, only the game is running.
Characteristics:
Mb: Gigabyte Aorus B630M Gaming 3
CPU: i3-8100
RAM: Hynix 8Gbx2 DDR4-2133Mhz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 6 Gb
SSD, PSU if essential, I'll write later.
Tested in several apartments, i.e. not connected with voltage, internet cable, etc.

Perhaps you have a problem with the SSD, I recommend testing it somehow.

You can try to roll drivers from the manufacturer, and not those that Windows itself installs during installation.

@KJhas

You need to see Win + r eventvwr.msc what happened at this time ...
