Why won't my computer start with two sticks of RAM?
After a year of use, the computer suddenly stopped starting the first time, a day later it started running for the 5th time, a day later it stopped starting, I opened it, took out the battery and put it back in an hour and it worked, a day later it turned on with only one RAM, it starts with any of the two in any slot, but not two at the same time, took it to a friend, opened the motherboard, looked at the power supply, it was clean and nothing swollen, cleaned the contacts of the RAM and it worked, until the next morning and again on a new one, removed the percentage, it worked again everything, in the morning it’s not there again, when you start it with two it gives out a long and 2 short sounds, what could be the problem? they said that MB reinstalling Windows can help, do you think it’s worth a try? And yet, the computer starts up with two, fans and backlight , but there is no signal on the screen and that's it,and also the backlight of the RAM becomes dim, with one it is bright, when the computer started up with two and I overclocked the computer to 10GB of RAM consumption, they both went from bright to dim, both dies are 8GB each, the mother is asus prime b350 plus

opened the motherboard, looked at the Bp, it was clean and nothing swollen
There is an assumption that the matter is in the BP. Something in him died and he stopped holding the load, especially if it is a non-name. There may still be something short and the protection works in the PSU.
Try changing the PSU to another one.
You can also:
- carefully look - whether the contacts of the memory slots were bent during cleaning
- swap the strips in places (rearrange to others - if not all are occupied)
- if there is an intergraha - try to start it up by physically dismantling the video card
