Why is the RAM not running at the specified frequency?

Hello, again I am with my amateurish questions)
I assembled such a bakery:

Mother: ASRock B450M Pro4 Proc
: Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 2x8Gb 3200MHz (Crucial BLS2K8G4D32AESBK)
Video: gtx 1660 super
PSU: be quiet! SYSTEM POWER 9 500W [BN246] I

updated the BIOS to the latest version, in its settings I set the xmp profile for the RAM (3200)
But where are my 3200? )) Or did I misunderstand something?

@Intelix

AIDA shows the base frequency, and you overclocked.
If everything is set in the BIOS, then it works on 3200.
