How to make sure that the disk does not make extraneous sounds during operation?

In the power options, I turned off the option to turn off the hard disk after 20 minutes (set the value to 0), but the disk is still cut down after a while. What could be the reason?
We are talking about ST1000LM014-SSHD-8GB.

Googled the solution: in CrystalDiskInfo adjusted AAM/APM for maximum performance. Let's see what happens.
...and nothing came of it, the disc still makes a nasty sound. I made a cardinal decision - I will replace the SSD + HDD with one fat SSD. This is the solution :)

Most likely, the disk itself parks the heads during a long idle time to save energy. If this does not suit you (do I understand correctly that you do not like the long "acceleration" from this state?) - you can set up a script that will periodically work with the disk.
I admit the possibility that with the help of Seagata service software, you can turn off car parking.
