Why can a computer freeze?

Good day.
I've been struggling with the problem for a couple of days now and I've run out of ideas. If anyone has come across this, please help with advice, in which direction to dig?
Essence, there is a system unit, with the following pieces of iron.
Mother Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
Stone i7-3770
Memory Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9, 2 pieces
DNP-850 EPS power supply.
Video card GTX 680
Windows 7 on board.

My boss brings me this assembly and says that he wants to drive like crazy in Microsoft Flying Simulator 2020. At the same time, he brings a Gigabyte 2070 SUPER and
two hx318c10fbk2 / 16 bars.

toy.
The system refused to start. A quick google told me to update the bios. It was f12, it became f16 (f18 was marked as BETA, I didn't risk it). Everything started up.
And everything would be fine if after a couple of days the computer did not start catching friezes. That is quite a frieze. It helps only to hold the power button for a long time.
This is the preamble and symptoms, and here is what I did in an attempt to find the cause.

To begin with, I returned the old RAM. The problem persisted. As a result, left one bar.
Ran memtest'om and old strips of RAM and new ones. No complaints, everything is clean.
Returned the old video. The problem persisted. I drove both vidyuhi with furmark. There are no complaints about the condition.
I tried to roll Windows 10 2004, a stable freeze on the OS setup screens after installation.
I tried to roll Windows 10 1703, the story is the same.
Thought it might be the power supply. I threw away the old one, took a new one, obviously working, though at 550 watts, but I thought that this should at least be enough for the test. I connected everything as carefully as possible, the probability of penetrating the body is zero. There is no result, the problem persists.
Reverted the BIOS to an older version. The problem persisted.
Launched LiveCD Windows 10. Oddly enough, 2 hours of work, no frieze was detected.
Launched Xubuntu, left for the night. The problem didn't show up.
I checked the screw (Samsung EVO860 512Gb), but it is zero, I just took it out of the box.

With a working OS, the freeze could manifest itself at absolutely any random moment, while in the event log there was only Kernel Power 41 category 63, without any additional information.

Colleagues, I would be extremely grateful if you poke my nose, what am I doing wrong?

Try to cut off the entire network. Unlikely, but I met random friezes from crooked network firewood.

IMHO mother worked her way.
He began to gamble - he thoroughly fried his mother, she was no longer a girl, and then they loaded the percentage to the fullest, plus they put a hot vidyakha into the case.
You can try to turn off the terbobust in the BIOS, see how it behaves. perhaps without jumping the frequency will be more stable.
