Why won't my computer start up with new RAM?
Hello everyone! The essence of the question is as follows: I purchased 2x4 GB Hyper X Fury RAM (hx316c10fbk2 / 8) on the secondary. The memory does not start on the motherboard b85m-hd3 with i5 4440, I can not understand why, the mother must pull this RAM.
Tried to do everything: swap places, run one at a time, etc.
Will it run on asrock fm2a68m-dg3+ with AMD A8 6600K?

If it is loaded in turn, then the dice are alive. Perhaps the BIOS cannot read the parameters from the SPD memory when 2 sticks are plugged in at the same time, or something is sewn up there that puts it into a stupor.
Try to boot into the BIOS with one plate, see what memory parameters are set automatically, remember them and set them the same, but manually.
Turn off and add the second plate.
You can also boot into Windows one by one with each plate and see what is there in spd through Thaiphoon Burner
Check the contacts on the RAM yourself, even the smallest obstruction can affect the work, inspect the strips well for damage, since it is used.
There is another method to go through the contacts on the RAM with an eraser lightly.
