Does anyone know how to remove these screws?

Their head is specially licked in the direction of unscrewing.
There is no Dremel, and you can’t crawl, it’s too deep.

As a result, I came to an extraordinary solution.
I bought a small drill, 1.2 mm. Drilled screws on the sides. I made a U-shaped bracket and carefully unscrewed the screws with it.

Answer: "special key" will help?

It's not really clear from the photo, but it looks like screws that can only be tightened. In this case, I would suggest carefully drilling out and then replacing with ordinary ones.

You can try gluing a screwdriver to a self-tapping screw with instant glue. True, without guarantees, I have not tried it with such a slot, and I don’t know how to wash it off from a screwdriver later.
