Why won't my computer enter BIOS and boot up?

I have an asus h170 pro gaming motherboard, windows 7, 4 giga ddr4.
When you turn it on, the asus logo is displayed and the text is
"to enter the BIOS, press f2 or del" and nothing happens. I press f2, del also nothing. The only thing that works ctrl+alt+del restarts the computer.
I took out the battery, tried to close the
clrtc contacts - nothing.
It happened after the .exe file called installer efi gui was launched on the computer - something like this, before that everything worked fine. but perhaps this file has nothing to do with it.
