Why won't driver for AMD graphics card install in windows 10?
I installed windows 10 to go on ssd. I connected it to my home computer, where the hardware is newer - everything got up great. I can't update my graphics card at work. In the properties of the graphic adapter there is a basic adapter "Microsoft basic display driver"
In the device manager there is a radeon HD 4600, but the HD4650 video card itself and on the main Windows the driver is normally displayed there (as a driver for 4650, not 4600).

Krch decided in an incomprehensible way. I removed the drivers through the Display Driver Uninstaller, rebooted and the new ones got up normally.
What prevents you from installing drivers from the ATI website? Download their Catalyst, or a software that will determine the required driver itself and offer to download.
says it doesn't need to be updated...Well, if the OS does not see the need to update, it writes so.
