Why won't CENTOS 7 start without swapping the SSD?

Situation:
After rolling CENTOS7 does not start and does not enter the BIOS. Lights up in the right corner of A2. On the left is entering setup.
We fix it by taking out the SSD, turning the computer on and off without it. After connecting again, everything starts normally.
