Why, when searching in the database, instead of the symbol “↵”, it searches for all the symbols “?” (question marks)?

Good afternoon!
I downloaded the database dump to my computer. I opened it in Notepad++ and try to find the symbol "↵" (just such a symbol). But, instead of looking for that character, Notepad++ looks for question marks in the text. Why and how to find this particular symbol.
PS I tried to search like this "↵" and like this "[↵]" - it's useless.
