How do I cut the lines I need (by criteria) in Notepad++?

If Game friends is more than 20, then so that the result is saved completely with games, email:password and Game friends and its number, and the result is less than 20 Game friends just skipped?
My result looks like this:

I need the results to be saved in a separate file only with Game friends from 20 to infinity, and up to 20 Game friends are skipped!
