Why, when changing the template or style, hot update sees the script change and resets the entire state of the component?

Somehow Hot Module Replacement does not work correctly.
I change the template or something in the style and the state of the component is reset.
At the same time, this is not a full reload, if I change the child component, then the parent saves the state.
Minification in dev is disabled.
