Why -webkit-mask doesn't work on LAN?

I downloaded the layout from the site via ftp. The pictures are all shown, they are all in the same folder, but for some reason -webkit-mask with background is not shown, although the path to the picture is correctly specified. You can click on open new tab and the picture will be shown in a new tab. But for some reason it doesn't show up in LAN, but it works on hosting. With what it can be connected?
