There is a VPS with a VPN on the IKEv2 protocol raised on it. The VPN works fine when connecting a PC via ethernet from an ISP. VPN does not work when connecting a PC via LAN to a D-Link Dir-300 router , to which an Ethernet from an ISP is connected. Despite the fact that all myip services see me as a German, and sites blocked in the Russian Federation are still inaccessible. DNS leaks have been fixed (Google everywhere, in the browser, in the router, in the VPN server), enabled IPSec forwarding on the router, allowed IKEv2 protocol ports on the router.
