Mikrotik Internet from the provider, and local traffic through vpn?

vpn server l2tp + ipsec - vpn client computer with win10 is configured on mikrotik.
If you turn off "use remote network gateway" in the client settings, then the Internet goes through the standard gateway (provider), but access to local network resources through vpn is lost. How to save access to the locale?

For a Windows client, it will be easiest to create a connection profile through the CMAK toolkit in win server, where you can specify the routes that are used when connecting. Manually prescribing routes on each client is such a thing, and distributing routes through a VPN server on Mikrotik is not possible.
