Why two vps'a can't see each other?

Both vps were purchased from the same hosting provider and are located on different subnets. They don't ping each other. On one of the vps, nginx is up, the site does not open either. There are no deny rules in iptables. At the same time, both of them are pinged from my pc and a site is opened that is raised on one of them.

Well, the routes are not registered to each other. Contact the host, let him prescribe.
