After installing Debian from an mp3 player, it turns on, but does not see the files. How to be?

Installed from the Debian player on the computer, since there are no other flash drives. Now it turns on, but does not see the files. I read that this is because of the partition table. Native Windows formatting - tried. Does not help. Can anyone come across?
