Is there a Debian build with built-in TOR?

Good afternoon.
The task was to put a virtual OS in which to run a browser, various instant messengers and other software, so much so that all this went to the Internet through TOR and only through it. Moreover, it is necessary that everything be "out of the box", so that you do not have to raise a proxy, launch something. It's just that the AXIS started and immediately all traffic goes through TOR.
I googled similar "anonymous" distributions for a long time, but everywhere TOR is simply installed as a separate browser. I also found Tails, but this is not a convenient option (after rebooting the OS, everything is reset, I don’t need such strong anonymity).
In principle, there is no difference which OS to install. If you tell me a simple, fast and 100% working option for Windows, so that immediately after launch it sends all traffic through TOR, I will not mind installing it as a Windows virtual machine.
But still, the best option is a lightweight Debian distribution, which immediately after the start sends all traffic through TOR.

Debian build

GNU/Linux doesn't have any "assemblies".
There are various distributions, including Debian.
You can make your own (from scratch or based on an existing one).
TOR is not a browser.
The corresponding package is also in Debian, of course. Which no one bothers to put.
And what does it mean
generally impossible to understand.

Tails has the ability to persist data between sessions, see https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/persistence...
If anonymity is so important, it's best not to rely on someone else's distributions with some kind of firmware.

# apt-get install tor
and fix the environment variables http_proxy, https_proxy, etc. in order to taxi all traffic through a local proxy. Business something.

Again, if you have already used Tails, read how to save settings in it. There is on the internet.
