Why such a wild TTFB 28sec?

I don't understand what happened. After reissuing the certificate (certbot) for the domain, it began to open for half a minute. Although ping via cmd to it is fast. And TTFB 28-30 seconds.

What could go wrong? where to look? there is no load on the server. Before the reissue, the certificate opened quickly.

On the nginx + php-fpm server and looked at everything separately, I did not find anything in the logs talking about such a large ttfb.

on this server there are 2 more sites that open quickly (and they are also with ssl). I deleted the default.conf file from nginx, I thought there might be something in the way.

CRL or OCSP stapling is stupid, maybe.
Make sure stapling is enabled. Check what the resolver is configured for, and whether the resolution actually works.
