Why sites of a certain hosting are loaded every other time?

The problem is the following. There is a site located on sweb hosting, for the last few months it has been loading every other time: you go to the site, the first 3-5 transitions through it are loaded normally, then it starts to hang in the status bar "waiting www.****.ru ..." then after about a minute the page still loads. Then the cycle repeats again, 3-5 pages - normally it freezes again ...

The problem is only on my laptop (windows XP) on another laptop in my house (i.e. connected through the same router) everything is OK, there are no such problems .

I thought this problem was only with one of my sites, it turned out that the problem was with all the sites from my account. And as it turned out recently with some other sites located on the same hosting.

Reinstalling Windows did not help, sites work well through the anonymizer!

If I understand correctly, then there are two options, either something is blocking the sites of this hosting in my computer or some kind of restriction has been made on the hosting for my computer.

Question: what can I do to make everything okay? It is not an option to constantly sit through an anonymizer. not everything works correctly.

The problem is solved by updating the software. It's not the case, in 2015 to sit in Windows XP, it's time to say goodbye.

About the fact that it's time to change the OS - I agree, I'll change it along with the laptop) But I don't think this is a solution to the problem.

I had this with hosting, you need to contact the technical support of the hosting. But then it turned out that the problem was with the Internet provider, that the site, as it were, "dropped out" of the display. After contacting the Internet provider, everything was eliminated.
So here are the options. Or change the hosting (there may be a problem in the servers)
In technical support they also said to ping from the computer to access the site (in general, everything to them)

Perhaps too much load on the servers ...

Have you tried google dns? 8.8.8.8 drive in your connection settings? For some providers, DNS servers are often dumb, which is why half of the sites open every other time ....
