GoDaddy how to create a 3rd level domain and point to the ip of the server on which this domain is located?

I have a domain in GoDaddy A.com, how to create a BAcom 3rd level domain and point to the ip of the server where BAcom is installed? Share guides in Russian how to do it on this site.
