Why scroll glitch?

Problem on ipad, no problem in chrome emulator.
If you click on the block, a pop-up will pop up, and when you scroll it, sometimes the content under it scrolls, I checked making the pop-up transparent. And that’s why it’s not the content that is buggy and sometimes the popup itself scrolls, although its height is 100vh and overflov:hidden is everywhere, in general, it’s a meaningless glitch, xs you can somehow track it or even redo it somehow.
In general, how scrolling can work either on a popup or on the content below it, unknown garbage.

Apple devices had similar problems, but some say that the problem is the incompatibility of some specific js frameworks.
