Why scripts and styles are not loaded on the page from the hosting?

I first encountered such a problem after transferring the site to Schneider hosting.
The paths to the files are correct. lik-test.ru
It seems that the problem is in file permissions. I tried to make access to subfolders and files access 755. But for some reason it gives out "page not found".

I can't log into the admin panel either lik-test.ru/wp-admin
