Why photoshop png layout doesn't match pixel perfect extension on MacOs?

Thank you all in advance, I'm just learning, sorry for the stupid question, I understand that it's the RetinaMonetor, but I don't understand how to live with it).

In Photoshop, the size of the layout is 1600px in length, there are no problems with layout, but only I unload the PNG image for pixel perfect, it turns out that the image is very small. The only thing that is noticeable is that in Photoshop at 100% the picture is smaller than what I made up (see pictures).
