Why not replenish the account on Y.D?

Does not allow to replenish the account, replenished in the fall - everything was fine.
I decided to return - and now I can not replenish my account.
Tried directly through the visa - an error.
I tried to transfer money to Yandex and through the payment code - also an error.
Tried through the Ya.D application - also an error (the amount to be credited exceeds the allowable limit).
I tried to replenish - 1000 rubles.
What is the problem?
