In this regard, I am very afraid to run into the fact that one of the competitors will see that my site is spinning in direct, will try it too, and most likely he will also be able to get a good conversion from the niche. Does this increase my CPC or not? There is just a strong feeling that if 2 players share a niche, then Direct will become unprofitable and you will have to refuse.
Are there any concessions for a site with good PF in Direct before new competitors?

If a competitor wants to be in the same block as you, then the price for you will increase. But it is not essential and you will have an advantage the first time if you have good accumulated ad parameters.
However, if you are satisfied with being lower than your competitor, then the placement price will remain low for you.
