Why aren't 3 ad units displayed across the full width of the block?

I created an RTB block in Yandex Direct, I want there to be 3 ads stretched across the width of the block.
And in fact, complete nonsense is displayed. Any ideas?
I wrote to support and they answered.
Showing a fixed or minimum number of Yandex.Direct ads for this type of block is not technically provided.

Try responsive ad format. Maybe this will be a solution ... But I doubt that there will be 3 ads.
Alternatively, add 3 blocks to the desired block. And add an adaptive ad code to each block...
