Why doesn't advertising work in Yandex.Direct?

Toasterites. Hey!
Created RK in the POISON, and launched advertising.
Shows go on, people come in, but for some reason a high percentage of failures. It seems that they do not like the site (colors, text, usability, etc.)
Please tell me your opinion about the site, the opinion as an ordinary person who is looking for an
iPhone repair service center https://www.planetiphone.ru/

Monitored "Webvisor", the actions on the site are as follows:
1. Entered
2. Scrolled to the bottom or did not scroll
3. Left the site
Average time on the site ~ 20 sec.

Maybe we really don't notice something.

The site doesn't look terrible. The purple buttons are certainly gaudy, but it's not a fact that the point is in them, or only in them. Perhaps it's in the ad itself...
I would do this:
1. Run an A|B test for the color of the buttons (via https://optimize.google.com/)
2. Run an A|B test of the page itself, too, Google Optimize will help you
3. Checked ads for errors (automatic check service: https://maxgenpromo.com/directaudit)
Try an integrated approach and feel free to A|B tests.

This is the essence of the work of an Internet marketer. Just launching an ad and immediately receiving orders will not work. We need constant work and tests of pages and elements of the site. Analysis and work on requests, ads, traffic.
Do you have a large percentage of failures, by chance, not with YAN?

25% is not such a big percentage of failures, for some segments this is the norm. You should have worked on the site, it’s very incomprehensible, I would recommend making more structured information on the site, closer to the landing page. And so there is nothing to catch the eye, even this banner ...

Andrey, the site, of course, is not fire, but for some reason none of those who answered you mentioned another reason why there may be a high percentage of bounces, namely, the quality of traffic.
Are you sure that you have set up advertising for the audience that is interested in repairing apple equipment? Are you sure that you wrote the texts with the right message that users, after reading the ad, expect to see this particular landing page?
