Why mob. phone not registering to the network?

I changed the broken screen to Google Nexus 5, after that it stopped registering on the network.
At the same time, you can call 112 from it, and the connection with the rescue service is established.
The phone sees the SIM card, can read contacts from it.

When searching for mobile networks, it gives a list of the big three operators, but does not show native tele2 in it.
At the same time, the second Nexus 5 with tele2 catches the network normally.
Tried to change SIM cards, does not help.
I flashed a new radio - it does not help.
Can anyone suggest what could be the issue?
