If you do not solve the problems with the tips above, then try to restore grub with boot-repair, to do this, boot from the USB flash drive again, open the terminal, add the ppa repository and install boot-repair:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair
sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y boot-repair && boot-repair

After boot-repair, click Advanced, in the 3rd tab, put the bird on PURE, follow the instructions of boot-repair.

As an option, the boot disk has changed in the system ... judging by the screen .. the bootloader started and does not know where to get the files
