How to configure Mikrotik so that when entering a name in the RDP client, Mikrotik redirects to a real IP address?

How to configure Mikrotik so that the entire local subnet, when connected via an RDP client, when entering a name in the RDP client, Mikrotik redirects to a real IP address? Where is a similar host file configured in Mikrotik as in Windows?
Help me to understand!!!

IP\DNS\Static is matched there. It goes without saying that Mikrotik's ip must be a dns server

Looks like bullshit. Login asks not mikrotik and rdp server.
The solution is only to use each port.

I re-read the question 10 times. In general, I can’t understand where Mikrotik has to do with it. The DNS role is responsible for converting ip to a name and vice versa. It may or may not be on your Mikrotik.
In any case, you just need to add an entry on the DNS server, and in the DHCP settings of Mikrotik, specify the address of this DNS server, which must be distributed to your network clients along with the ip address.
Thus, after updating the DNS cache, any queries by name will start working, be it ping, be the hostname in RDP, be it a ball - whatever.

Difficult)))
But the implementation can be like this.
DNS server on the network. Species the same. There we prescribe all the names and A records.
We set the tick to this dns.
Task done.
Second moment.
It is possible through the RDP gateway. This is if necessary from outside the network. So that ports do not show up on the firewall
