Why might XenServer 5.6 not shut down?

There is XenServer 5.6, when trying to shutdown, it stops at Halt Shutdown, and it can hang for n-th amount of time, has anyone encountered such a problem and is there a solution to such a problem?
PS reboot goes well =)

normally does not support ACPI 2.1 above
