ProxMox and XenServer, installing preconfigured virtual machines?

How is it possible that after filling in the web interface of the form (ip address, server name, disk partitioning, etc.) a Windows or Linux server with these configurations rises?
I would like it not to run a script that for Linux does it all through ssh, namely a clean OS

ip in the same linux and windows for xen and kvma is set inside unless of course there is no dhcpd
so everything will have to be finished
