Why might touchpad gestures not work?

Hello! I recently bought a new laptop, installed Windows 10 and for some reason gestures on the touchpad do not work, such as scrolling with two fingers, etc. The touchpad itself works fine, the cursor, the buttons. Laptop from Asus. Someone knows how to solve this? Thank you.

Did you install the drivers from the website? Usually after installing them everything works fine.

Does the touchpad support this same multi-touch :)
In the sense of hardware and drivers.

Asus has a problem with this, usually after a while W10 finds the drivers itself and sometimes installs them, it doesn’t find anything (only ms knows how it works) the option to download from the site or, in extreme cases, install a driverpack (the probability of working is extremely small).
