Why might the firewall fail to start in VestaCP?

Hello everyone, here's what I've come across. Firewall stopped working in VestaCP. From the beginning, I thought it was a glitch, since there was not a single rule in the Vesta panel in the "Firewall" tab, although before there were about 100, I found the file where all the rules are stored, and found that all the rules are present in the file.
In addition, the rules are not just not displayed, but do not work at all. What could be the problem? How can I fix this
