How to set up Windows Defender Firewall (or do you need an analogue of iptables)?
Good day to all.
Please tell me the options: either what to see in terms of setting up Windows Defender, or analogues of iptables.
The essence of the problem:
There is an OpenVPN connection, there are some domains on the Internet, access to which is allowed, you need to prohibit any other access to the Internet, in addition, you want to be able to store the configuration settings for the firewall as a separate file for import to similar systems.
How it is solved on Linux :
iptables - makes it possible to block traffic on the network interface, and this way you can restrict access by domain names.
For Windows:
Windows Defender- everything is generally good, you can configure it from the command line, etc., but, as I understand it, it cannot block access via network interfaces, and you cannot use domain names in scope in Custom Rule, only IP. Plus a funny moment with WSL2, which ignores Windows Defender settings. The ability to create rules by application is not needed.
TinyWall - there is no possibility to add rules by domain names, there is also no blocking of connections depending on the network interface.
