Why might remote access not work in Browsersync?

I launch Browsersync in a folder with a static layout. Two URLs are created for access:

Local: http://localhost:3000 
External: http://192.168.0.101:3000

From the phone I go to External, but nothing loads. The computer and phone are connected to the same network.

The router I use is TP-LINK Archer C6 AC1200 MU-MIMO , which I recently purchased.

When connected to the network of the old ZTE AC 70 router that I had before, everything works.

Does the computer see the phone on the gray network and vice versa?
Perhaps the port is simply not open or the settings of the new router are different. (in the old port, the port is open for example)
Try adding your server in the specified section after the above visibility checks.
