How to configure freeradius to work with tplink?

I'm trying to set up a radius server on the network to authorize wifi clients when connected.
The freeradius 2.1.12 link with passwords in the database is used
. The problem is that authorization passes through testing through the console, but if you authorize through tplink, then the radius does not allow.
I understand that the matter is in EAP, but I don’t know how to set it up .. they write about certificates on the Internet. and I just need a password authorization.
