Why might a static route not work?

Hello. It is necessary to carry out routing between 2 networks according to the drawn scheme, pfsense serves as router A, tp-link TL-WR941N serves as router B.
The scheme is exactly this only because tp-link does not know how to work in dhcp relay mode. You have to create a new subnet on it. Therefore, the route from pfsense to tp-link was registered.
but no matter how I try to get into the 3.0/24 network, everything is unsuccessful. from 3.0/24 to 2.0/24 or WAN I can.
Maybe you need to specify a rule in the firewall? Although everything seems to be in order...

@jammywork1

If the use of 2 subnets is not necessary, I would turn off NAT on TP-Link or even replace it with a switch.
