Why messages in Skype chats do not reach?

I have such a problem, I send messages to Skype chats by a mailer and the messages hang for a very long time, there are 500 chats, plus or minus, and the message can hang from 5 hours to several days and not reach, sometimes they don’t reach at all (((I do mailing every hour about , Internet 100 megabits, powerful computer, ai7 processor 32 gigabytes of RAM, in general everything is fine, but messages do not reach chats well, for example, out of 500 chats it can go immediately to 30-50 chats within 1 hour, and in other chats it hangs ,((Tell me, what could be the reason? The problem with sending to chats appeared recently in the last update, it seems to me that everyone, including me, seems to have no solutions yet.

As a hotfix for this infection, I completely turn off Skype and log in again. Then all groups get everything.
