I'm just starting to learn postgreSQL after MySQL, I installed PostgreSQL-13.3-Win10 in the openserver settings, I run PhpPgAdmin, I enter login: root, password: (empty), the notification "Login is invalid for security reasons" is displayed. On other forums with a similar problem, they write "Find the config.inc.php file in the folder, along the path: phppgadmin->conf and set $conf['extra_login_security'] to false there", I did all this, restarted, logged in, but again the same error.
