Why landing pages without meta tags can be at the top of Google search?
There is a topic - a driving school in Vitebsk (a regional center in Belarus). Why, for example, does a site like this vit-avto.by usually have positions in Google only on page 2 for targeted queries (driving school in Vitebsk, driving school in Vitebsk), despite the fact that other landing pages, as far as I can tell, do not even mention there is no optimization (no meta tags). How is this possible?
Maybe they have some sort of robots.txt or sitemap.xml file? Can they influence it? I am confused.
I’m not very good at SEO, I’ll say right away, I myself am a programmer by profession. Maybe this case will be of interest to SEOs
