Why isn't my AdMob direct sales campaign working?

I can't get direct sales ads to start showing in my app.
Maybe someone faced a similar problem?
Updated SDK. The AdMob website says that you need to update the identifiers, but I already have them in a new format.

You had to have an attached card in your adwords account!
