Why isn't Group Policy applied?

Hello!
1. There is a group policy that is applied to the user, in the "Authenticated users" delegation - it works properly. Adds 3 network printers. - works.
2. Group policy applied to the user, there is a group of users in the delegation (read, allow - checkins). Adds 1 more printer. - does not work. Group - "Security, Universal".
I can't understand why. Tell me, knowledgeable people.

What do you have in the result? What's in the security filter? Do you have authenticated users or domain computers in the delegation, or have you removed them?
